Customer Service was excellent! I was freaking out because I was running low and this is the only formula I will give my baby. I contacted them with my concerns and they efficiently got back to me, informing me that they sent it and sometimes it gets caught up in customs and gave me a guaranteed delivery date which was a lot longer away then I thought it was going to be. I continued to freak out. Then, the next day, the formula came. Seriously, better than Christmas morning! It only took like 9 days to get to Connecticut (USA) I highly recommend the formula and this company. Seriously!! (I never write reviews)

Best available baby formula. I only supplement, but I'm extremely picky about what I supplement with. I add baby probiotics to this formula and few tsp of the oatmeal porridge before bed. About Holle Formula -
1. My baby has been using it since she was 4 months old and continues to use it even now.
2. We like it so much that we have it shipped to us internationally.
3. Holle formula dissolves easily and never produces any latter or foam which other similar products generate when you try to dissolve them.
4. The texture of the milk that is produced is consistent and thick as compared to other products which feel very very watery
5. This product makes my baby feel great and she has never complained about it
6. Our baby has a consistent weight gain and has been healthy thanks to the Hole formula.
