Preparation with baby formula:
Prepare 170 ml of infant formula of your choice (taking into account the relevant instructions). Give prepared formula into a bowl and stir 18 g Organic Baby Porridge Rolled Oats (about 3-6 tablespoons) in. Allow to soak and to cool down to serving temperature (about 37°C) - done.Half milk cereal:
Boil 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water and allow to cool down to about 50°C. Give both in a plate and stirr 25 g of Organic Baby Porridge Rolled Oats (about 5 tablespoons) in. Allow to soak and cool down to serving temperature (about 37°C) - done.Preparation with mother's milk:
Stirr 25 g Organic Baby Porridge Rolled Oats (ca. 5 tbs.) in 130 ml warm mother's milk - done. Warning: to preserve valuable nutrients please do not heat mother's milk to more than 40°C.Milk-free porridge:
Boil 200 ml of water and allow to cool down to about 50°C. Add 25 g Holle Organic Baby Porridge Rolled Oats (about 5 tablespoons) and mix with 1 teaspoon of Organic Baby Complementary Foodoil until the desired consistency is reached - done.Milk-free cereal with fruits:
Mix 20 g Organic Baby Porridge Rolled Oats (about 4 tablespoons) with 100 g of fruit or a glass of 100 g fresh pureed fruits and 1 teaspoon of Organic Baby Complementary Foodoil. Add water (boiled, 50°C) if required. Alternatively you can use 160 g warm vegetable puree and add 2 teaspoons of the oil.Follow-up milk cereal:
Boil 150 ml of water and allow to cool down to about 50°C. Stirr 5 scoops Holle Organic Infant Follow-on Formula 2 and 18 g Holle Organic Baby Porridge Rolled Oats 3-4 tablespoons) in - done. My son loved both the Rolled Oats and Semolina! I mixed them with blended fruits and vegetables and he ate every last bit, every time. Holle products are amazing and I highly recommend them!
